Abstract:	111學年度在臺中市私立菩提樹數學短期補習班(巧奇小學堂)教學部、行政部擔任實習生，透過實習學習到如何會議紀錄與執行、執行企劃活動、勞動法令、處理活動相關事務等。對於即將踏入陌生職場的我們，能透過系上所提供的職場實習，讓我們有機會探討教學行政部課後照顧課程實施狀況、了解多元課程規劃與執行方式。巧奇小學堂是以學校課程體制在動，新課綱強調的素養導向，安親體系也必須轉型，跳脫課後輔導只重視學科能力的傳統框架。「透過生活體驗教育，翻轉孩子除了課本以外的學習，」巧奇創辦人黃宜芸說，他們著重啟發孩子的內在學習動機，跳脫傳統安親班強調的課後輔導，不再單單重視提升孩子的學科能力。
