Abstract:	我在庫可熊公司擔任的職位是PT工讀生，也是我的實習工作初期的工作內容是結帳、解答客人商品存放位置及調貨等等，後期的工作內容則是一間店面除了會計清帳、業務尋帳等等以外，所有的SOP流程、寵物商品認識、結帳收銀、回答客人寵物知識需求、檢查商品效期、上架下貨、新商品整理、依照老闆指示將商品調換位子等等，聽起來是一份很難的工作內容繁雜，但對於熱愛寵物的我來說只要有熱忱其實一點也不困難、其實中間寵物店買賣商品的價格就會決定客群的不同、商品不同介紹的方式就得改變、要學會配合客人養寵物的需求提供正確的飼養知識及食物還有藥品上的用法，對於我來說這份實習工作對我來說非常重要、也令我非常驕傲給予最好的建議讓他們購買的安心。
