Abstract:	成洋工業為一間專業生產不鏽鋼器具公司，其產品包含廚房衛浴用品、食品及機械零件、醫療器材零件及五金等。營業範圍除了台灣之外也同時行銷美國、日本、歐洲各國。在成洋實習的過程中從作業員轉為備料人員，從一開始什麼都不瞭解，至今已經足以操作大部分機台，且可以指導且協助其他同仁的生產，也學習了一般作業員不會碰觸的直線機以及機台的調校等，過程中也學習到許多工業工程管理知識的延伸。
