Abstract:	透過這次系上舉辦的實習課程，讓我能多參考實習的多樣性因此選擇業界的摩艾國際車業，同事之間以及提供的福利都還不錯，這就是我選擇此公司實習的原因。藉由這次的實習，讓我又學到了更多東西，從原本就從事這行業的我，期間不只是業務上的不同之外，更學到了如何面對顧客的需求以及溝通，也可以更從容的面對客訴電話。不僅學到了如何銷售，還學到了如何管理，這就是我在實習期間收穫最大的地方。
