Abstract:	透過這次的校外實習，讓我從去年的7月初進入霧峰高爾夫這間公司實習，目前位於台中縣霧峰鄉，面積達79公頃，離台中市區僅約三十分鐘車程。球場背倚風景秀麗的九九峰，十八洞標準桿七十二桿，全長7205碼為主。藉由這次的實習，讓我學習到不少東西，像是如何和顧客溝通、磨練自己的耐心等，也讓我體會到了服務業是真的很辛苦，但畢竟是服務業，所以這些都是必經之路，做習慣了也就覺得沒什麼了，在霧峰高爾夫實習最大的收穫應該就是說話術語，有好的術語才能留住更多的顧客。
