Abstract:	自2018年來國內已進入高齡社會，國發會預估將於2025年正式邁入超高齡社會，並且社會上發生意外的機率有明顯的提升，國人罹患各式疾病的頻率也上升，因此救護車如何分秒必爭將病患送至醫院變得極為重要，尤其是針對住在安養機構的高齡銀髮族，但安養機構及醫院急診室的病床在不同樓層間運輸都是依賴電梯，因此在安養機構及醫院時，常常看到許多救護車因為在等待電梯前來運送病患病床，而導致浪費極寶貴的搶救時機，也經常在電視新聞上看到有許多銀髮族病患因為延誤急救時間而沒有在黃金搶救時間獲得及早的治療，造成後續更嚴重的病情重而引發許多後續併發症的情況，情況嚴重時甚至會進一步導致死亡。因此，本專題設計一「智慧急救系統」，解決如何縮短在銀髮族及病患在安養機構及醫院的等待電梯時間，進一步提升寶貴的急救時間，讓病患獲得更為完善的黃金急救時間
