Title:	溶膠-凝膠法製作氧化鋅摻雜釹薄膜之特性研究

Abstract:	本研究是利用溶膠-凝膠法（Sol-gel）將氧化鋅摻雜釹(Zn1-xNdxO)元素薄膜（簡稱NZO薄膜）製作在透明玻璃ITO基板上，釹的摻雜量x為2%、4%、6%等，並使用快速熱退火處理溫度為600度，使用UV光譜儀量測NZO薄膜之穿透率即能隙，研究結果得知，顯示本隨著釹元素摻雜量增加(2%~6%)，NZO薄膜之穿透率下降(85%~80%)，能隙也降低，x為2%、4%、6% 時，能隙Eg分別為3.03ev、2.98ev、2.84ev。
