Abstract:	透過這次的實習機會，我選擇了在屋馬開始了長達一年的實習，從112年的7月正式實習到今年的5月完美結束，我在屋馬最主要是負責服務客人、送餐點、特清現場環境…等等。在這一年的實習裡，我從剛開始的手忙腳亂，到最後游刃有餘的完成工作，這期間我收穫了許多以前從沒接觸過的知識及技巧，像是如何讓客人感受到滿意的服務、像是品質與信譽的重要性、像是如何把眾多的餐點牢記在腦中，都使我在逐漸成長中，所謂技多不壓身，多學會一樣技能，那麼未來的選擇也會跟著變多，所以要多去些嘗試些沒有接觸過的行業！
