Abstract:	從大四上學期的七月份正式實習到現在，實習也快到一段落了，而實習內容是以餐飲業為主，對餐飲業有所熱愛，而早餐是大家上課上班缺少不了的食物，因弘爺漢堡近校區附近，所以會有很多的學生以及上班族，而我的崗位會一直固定在吐司漢堡區域，也會去飲料區幫忙，還有製作預定單的部分，有時候會很多的預訂單，預訂單的部分就也要在客人來之前就做完，不然會有客人來的時候就會站在那等。遇到很多不一樣客人，雖然一開始都不知道怎麼解決，但長久下來也慢慢熟悉知道怎麼跟客人溝通，讓我跟客人的溝通能力變好許多，在餐飲業裡，最重要的是溝通能力，解決問題的能力，以及客人想要的客製化商品。
