Abstract:	振宇五金是台灣第一家成立的五金百貨連鎖店，主要特色是有專員服務介紹商品且服務良好，商品排列整齊且整潔，跟傳統五金行的服務方式完全不同。我實習的部門為「倉儲課」，在振宇五金進行了為期一年的實習、在這段期間，我學習了挑單、拆貨、AGV分配、人員分配、包裝、庫存盤點以及維護倉庫的整潔和安全。透過這段實習，我了解了如何有效地組織倉儲空間，優化庫存流程、另外我也積極參與了團隊合作，解決庫存管理方面的問題。這段實習經驗不僅提升了我的技術能力，同時也培養了我的團隊合作和溝通能力和問題解決能力，為我未來的職業生涯奠定了堅實的基礎。
