Abstract:	在民國83年至民國87年間，台灣地區平均每天因交通事故死亡者有7.9人，因交通事故受傷者有7.3人，而這些傷亡造成了許多家庭的悲劇與不幸，引起交通事故最主要的原因是人為因素。本研究以灰關聯分析方法，針對駕駛人的特性與肇事概率進行灰關聯分析，以了解具有那些特性的駕駛人較容易肇事。經研究結果發現男性、曾經被吊銷或吊扣駕照者、曾有酒醉駕駛違規記錄者及曾有超車違規記錄者，是汽車肇事的高危險群。本研究結果可提供汽車保險業者，訂定保險費率的重要參考，同時，也可提供政府相關部門制定交通政策與法規的參考，以及駕駛人本身的省思。
