Abstract: 目前台灣中古輪胎外銷廠，能節省貨櫃空間並增加外銷量的方法如下：
一、靠人力將小胎裝進大胎。
二、引進國外的套胎機。
前者費時又費力較不實用，後者省時省力且效率高。
因此此專題在於介紹機構簡單既機械效率較高的套胎機，並設計其機構，用簡單的氣壓做動，使輪胎擠壓變形後，套入大輪胎中。
