Abstract:	我在中華電信擔任電話行銷客服人員，地點是位於台中市西區三民路一段161號12F，富邦管理有限公司是中華電信的外包公司，主要的產品是網路加值服務。　　實習的時間是從102年7月中旬到103年5月底，實習的這10個月裡，接觸到的是透過電話跟客戶行銷產品，再透過沒有接觸到客人的工作，我學習到電話行銷的行業跟許多服務業的性質不一樣，多了很多挑戰性，但電話行銷也需要更多的耐心，才能處理客戶的問題。即將要畢業了，我會在畢業後找一份不同性質的工作，但這次的實習工作對我出社會找工作會有很大的收穫和幫助。
