Abstract:	我選擇的實習廠商是大買家國店，職位在百貨部的鞋課，負責的範圍包括鞋子、手錶、雨傘雨鞋、飾品、精品、配件包包、內著。實習期間學到如何與上司、同事與顧客應對進退及自我情緒和態度管理，也了解原來服務業真的不簡單，不但隨時要注意賣場狀況，還要收貨退貨以及補貨整理排面，而且還要學習適應突發狀況，獨當一面。
