Abstract: 藉由實習來了解餐飲業的專業、並見識到所謂的居酒屋的營業形式,進入實習單位也讓我學習到服務人員是如何作業,需要注意的狀況並不是原本所想像的如此簡單,服務的過程中發現不管是動作或者是態度,都是要相當留意以及適時的調通,在實習過程中,學習到了很多知識,也使我意識到其實表面看起來簡單,但背後卻有這麼多的必須要留意的狀況。
